Soltech Power Solutions carried out this installation at Vadakkevila in Kollam district. The system is built around modules fixed along the pitch of a profiled metal roof.
Following the existing roof pitch keeps the mounting low against the building and reduces wind loading, which matters on an exposed site close to the coast.
A site survey and shadow check came first, then the structural design for the mounting, the supply of modules and balance of system, the fabrication and fixing on site, the DC and AC wiring with earthing and surge protection, and commissioning. The same team handles after-sales service and maintenance across Trivandrum and Kollam.
