We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not collect payment card details through this website.

03.How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation
• To arrange and carry out a site survey, system design and installation
• To provide after-sales service, maintenance and warranty support
• To assist with government subsidy applications where you ask us to
• To send you updates or offers, where you have subscribed
• To meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

04.Consent and Your Choices

We process your information on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form or subscribe. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out before the withdrawal.

05.Who We Share It With

We share your information only where it is needed to deliver the service you asked for:

• Manufacturers and brand partners such as V-Guard and Luminous, for warranty registration and service claims
• Installation and service technicians working on your project
• Electricity utility authorities, where net metering or subsidy applications require it
• Service providers who host our website or send our email, under confidentiality obligations
• Government or regulatory authorities, where we are legally required to disclose

06.Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, and to meet our warranty, accounting and statutory obligations. In practice:

• Enquiries that do not lead to a purchase — up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so we can follow up on a pending quotation
• Newsletter subscriptions — until you unsubscribe, after which your address is removed from our mailing list
• Customer installation, invoice and service records — 8 years from the end of the financial year of the last transaction, in line with Indian accounting and tax record-keeping requirements
• Warranty and product registration records — for the duration of the applicable manufacturer warranty, which may run up to 30 years on solar panels, so that claims can be supported
• Website server logs — typically 12 months

Once a retention period ends, records are securely deleted or anonymised. We may keep information for longer where the law requires it, or where it is needed to establish or defend a legal claim.
